Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • If the product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

  • You inform us within 12 hours of receiving the product.

  • The item is unused and returned in its original condition, with packaging and tags intact.

  • A clear unboxing video is provided as proof.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and we receive the item back, we will initiate the refund within 5 to 7 working days to your original payment method.

Note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items
